My therapist said that
In order for me to grow, I must get to the BOTTOM of m addiction, And that’s the only way to go. He said it may take up to a year, But I didn’t want to wait. Once I got home I started right away, And boy, didn’t I do great! I started at the bottom of the fridge, Then to the middle of it, Then cleared off the top shelf. What a great job I did!
