A Half of Me
Look at me.
It can’t be!
There is just
a half of me.
And this half
is getting small.
Soon it won’t be
there at all.
So if I
intend to be
I must take
control of me
I must fatten
my small half
give it love,
make it laugh.
And if I listen
to its fear,
my other half
may appear.
